Today was my first time trying out this coffee spot. I have to say I had a great experience!
When I arrived to this location there weren't many customers, which meant tons of seating! I was helped by a sweet barista who guided me while ordering. I ended up ordering a Small Iced Sugar free English Toffee latte. My order was made pretty fast. My drink was very good I would definitely order it again. I really liked the iced that they use!
The location it self was pretty spacious with a lot of couches. The couches were comfy and had a table nearby, to set drinks down. If you need the wifi password just ask, they were kind enough to give it. It's great to get some work done or to just hangout. Studying would be a bit difficult due to the loud music.
Will be back for another iced latte! -

The Funky Monkey was good but on the sweet side. Customer service was acceptable, so I left a tip. Only complaint was another customer that was talking shit to me while I minded my business & waited for my order. Great place for sweet iced coffee drinks if you think you're better than other people. Not going back and not recommending friends to go to this location either (the other locations are cool though).

I waited forever for my drinks and they turned out to wrong!! The drink order was a Carmel drink and when I got the drink it was the deepest dark chocolate?! When asked they didn't even look at the drink and just told me it was a Carmel drink. No type of common curtesy to even look and make sure the drink was right. Never going back!

Funky monkey was the bomb! The staff was very nice. Definitely will come back! And also, highly recommended.
